Hello All,

On Thursday 14th November 2013 my much loved 1969 Light Blue Morris Traveller 1000 RKO 692G was taken from Bermondsey in south east London.

Since the attached photograph was taken there has been some damage to the rear driver side wheel arch.

It would make me very happy to have it back. Thank you so much.

I'll keep my eyes wide open.
Looking quite locally may pay dividends. Printing something off with a description and a small reward, maybe £50 and putting it up in all the local cab offices could be a good ploy and will cover a lot of ground for you.

Worked in the case of the Peat Brown tourer, suspect this was being
stripped somewhere relatively public hence the hot potato thing shortly after
appearing in the local rag.

Was cctv checked with this?

As always I am interested to know what security standards the scumbags are able to bypass.
What did they circumvent this time please?

I don't think this should be discussed on an open forum do you? The good news is that 2 of the 3 reported stolen Minors have been found. Let's just hope this one is located soon.

Devils advocate, my guess is there was no security system, thats my point.
The next time they will not be returned, prevention, not cure.
We should be promoting security measures that are visible, diskloks etc should be openly discussed on this site, if it reduces theft, tax payers money through police wasting their time and lower insurance premiums for us all.
When a car is stolen and lost for good the insurance company coughs up, this increases all our premiums, so yes we should be discussing this, right here, right now.
I am fast losing any sympathy whatsoever with people who think their car is invulnerable to theft.

TOTAL agreement with you moggythou!!!

I've suggested a few solutions, but all have fallen on deaf ears.

Only so much one can do.
