We see V5s with chassis plates on ebay all the time - too easy to make a ringer and I suspect that's exactly whats planned. People who do this trade are scum.

The importance of having a disklok even inside a garage, put the steering on full lock and put on the disklok.
I hope they catch the low life and string him up by his nuts. Fingers crossed it turns up somewhere.
