engine bay

Hi all
Looking for some pics of engine bay with cars fitted with brake servo
and poss Remote Brake Fluid Reservoir locations
for some ideas

Stu,
Here's the way I fitted them. If I were to do it again I would put the servo on the other side away from the exhaust although I haven't had any problems with it and it has sat there for 11 years.

Being a Series II, Basil hasn't got the elephant trunk to worry about. He's not got a Remote Reservoir, but the Servo is on the Offside.

Smart idea moving the horn to the NS there. I may have to steal that if I decide to fit a servo.

I'd never actually considered that.
We've only had Basil since last year; he was was rebuilt around 20 years ago and the horn wiring is in the loom to that location, so I just assumed that was a regular place for it, at least on some build variants. :)

If you do a search for 'Morris Minor Engine Bay Images' then of the ones that show a Servo, I'd guesstimate that 2/3 are on the Lower Offside in a similar position to basil's, although I did see this one that is upper nearside...http://www.westridingclassics.co.uk/wp- ... e-bay1.jpg
