Re: engine bay
Stu,
Here's the way I fitted them. If I were to do it again I would put the servo on the other side away from the exhaust although I haven't had any problems with it and it has sat there for 11 years.
Regards
Declan

Re: engine bay
Being a Series II, Basil hasn't got the elephant trunk to worry about. He's not got a Remote Reservoir, but the Servo is on the Offside.

Re: engine bay
Smart idea moving the horn to the NS there. I may have to steal that if I decide to fit a servo.

Re: engine bay
I'd never actually considered that.
We've only had Basil since last year; he was was rebuilt around 20 years ago and the horn wiring is in the loom to that location, so I just assumed that was a regular place for it, at least on some build variants.
If you do a search for 'Morris Minor Engine Bay Images' then of the ones that show a Servo, I'd guesstimate that 2/3 are on the Lower Offside in a similar position to basil's, although I did see this one that is upper nearside...http://www.westridingclassics.co.uk/wp- ... e-bay1.jpg
