In my experience the pressure of the pressure plate springs remain fairly constant - it is the actual pressure face plate that wears.
The actual pressure face plate may have very little wear but the amount of wear will be dependent upon how the clutch is operated
My suggestion is to obtain/use a decent used original pressure plate.

The driven plate is a bit more of a problem and all I can suggest is look for an original NOS item.

If you can find one use a upgraded competition or heavy duty driven plate will be more than suitable.

Here is a heavy duty clutch for a 948cc Minor

Lots of vehicles use the same clutch as the 948cc and 1098cc Minor and can be used instead i.e. Triumph Spitfire and Reliant.

Here is an alternative but not cheap:

If you do a search for "AP clutches" there are a number of leads to follow.
