trunions

Post by robandsophie »

Hi,

I have replaced top and bottom trunions. Put in poly bushes to top. Is there supposed to be a gap between the washer and bush. Looking in the manual supposed to be .20 inch but not sure if this is right with poly bush set up.
Also how tight should I do the top and bottom nuts, is there a torque wrench setting?

Thanks

Rob

There should be no gap.
The reference to 0.20" refers to the screwed top trunnions that have been replaced by the rubber/poly bushes.
There is no torque setting for the nuts. Just do up tight.
