I have a chrome pancake type air filter fitted to my 1098 Moggie and I wonder what fellow owners think of these in comparison to the standard set up?
Any experiences would be appreciated as I find I do get an occasional misfire when accelerating, usually when the car is warm.

Morris Minors..... such fun
Re: Pancake filter advice
I think there are quite a few manufacturers of the pancake filters from high tech racing outfits to cheapie third world producers. There probaby isn’t a consistent type to compare with the standard mog filter, and even these have several different kinds.
