paint scratches
hi can anyone advise me how to remove a paint scratch.i live in the country and have to use a lane to get home.i think i scratched the wing against a hedge,a white van forced me off the road. the scratch is not deep and the colour is still there.resprayed last year in two pack

Start with a gentle cutting compound such as T-Cut and see if that removes the scratch. If not, move on to Maguires Scratch X. If scratch still there it will need a heavy duty cutting paste with water.
You may even need to sand the scratch out with 1200 to 2000 grit Wet and dry used WET. Then burnish with cutting paste followed by wax.
You may even be lucky, and discover the scratch is mostly residue from the branch or twig.
