Hi where on the car would I find the paint code ,if under the bonnet where about?
Just bought a mog,and it looks pale blue to me but when the reg doc came it says grey,Ive looked on the colour chart on here and it is possible it could be smoke grey but I want to make sure before sending v5 back.
Regards Si

Re: paint code location
Hi,
A very useful link indeed but my 1954 cars colour is just noted as 'Dark Grey', however scrolling through the lists it seems there were several variations on Dark Grey................
Can anyone help me pin down the right colour to order.
Just spray cans for localised touching up from one of the main suppliers initially and later I will need to know what to order for a full respray.
Any help / links are greatly appreciated.
See my code and a pic of the car below, if this helps (not worried about people seeing the engine number, as this is long gone...).
Many thanks,
Mike.
