Traveller drip moulding/rain gutter

Post by CJREYNOLDS36 »

I am looking for video or photos showing installation techniques for aluminum guttering on a Traveller. Any description that goes beyond Haynes is welcome too. Any leads? Please post or message me ASAP - thanks much.

Just search for Neil MG on the restos section. Shows how really clearly.

Hi CJ,
I am about to replace the gutters on my traveller as well - and I agree with Mark, Neil MG has posted some great photos and description of the procedure. I must admit that its one of those jobs that I'm reluctant to start but I know that it has to be done! Keep us posted on how you get on.
Cheers
Lance

I was also very apprehensive about doing that job and also put it off! I think approaching it with a healthy respect is a good thing, but it is nothing to be too concerned about.

Just take your time and don't try to rush any steps. It is a very rewarding job that doesn't need any special tools or skills. Just patience and care!

In that case I had better put the "Brute Force and Ignorance" toolkit aside!
