Could any one please advice where I could get a Split screen centre pillar back plate marked no 5 on pic or be so kind to send me a pic of it maybe I could manufacture a similar plate please!

You could try the club spares?
My car is currently in pieces so I have a photo of the splitscreen back strip for you.
The raised block is for the rear view mirror to attach.
