Rubbers for window frame/door joint - where can I buy?
Does anyone know where I might get replacement rubbers for the window frame/door joint next to the ‘B’ pillar?
It’s the squiggly bit of rubber that lips over the edge of the door frame above the handle and provides a cushion for the base of the window frame. Can't seem to find anything listed by the various suppliers.
Or has anyone been able to make or adapt one?
Suggestions please!

Not sure if this is it. From East Sussex Minors,

Hi,
If you mean the rubber seal that sits between the quarter light frame and the door the part No. is EXC111 from ESM or Charles Ware.
The ESM one is already shaped with holes punched for the frame studs while the CW one seems to be just a solid rubber channel so you would need to punch the holes yourself.

He is asking about the rubber seal at the back of the door next to the B pillar

Do you have a picture of the bit you're referring to, Oldmogman? I can't think of a rubber seal that fits that description.

I just use a small piece of old innertube cut to size...these are often missing and fits under item 33

No I'm intrigued, Taupe. I didn't know there was a supposed to be a seal there and I still can't picture exactly where it is or what it does!

Thanks, taupe. Looks like I'm not the only one who's been confused by that then!
Mine's missing that, I'll try the inner tube suggestion.

Yes, thank to Taupe for the link to the older topics, I missed those.
Basil has quite large and jagged edge holes there. While investigating the Sugru stuff mentioned on the other Topics, I came across this Blog about making your own.
Given that Sugru seems very expensive for something with a short shelf life, some folk here might be interested in this DIY version.
Basically Silicone and Cornflour.

Being American, it uses the term Corn Starch, but to those of us this side of the Pond, it's just Corn Flour.

The ones on my Mog were perished beyond hope so I just pumped in some silicone before fixing the frame down.
