Been done many times, and covered in threads many times, try a search. In a nutshell, the reel is bolted to the rear top of the wheel arch, with a suitable reinforcing plate on the other side of the metal. The other end of the belt plus the stalks are bolted to the floor beneath the seat base, again with reinforcing. Make sure that you get the longest possible webbing to make the belts comfortable - some places sell the shorter belt, and then you can't get them buckled if you're larger than a ladies size 8!
