Can anyone advise how to remove the speedo glass for cleaning. Can it be removed in situ or does whole unit need to come out ?
thanks
Mike

Re: Speedometer glass removal
You can do it by taking the head out of the car, remove the chrome bezel, as I recall it has some clips / slight indentations at the back

Re: Speedometer glass removal
I didnt have clips on mine. The edges were just bent abit, istraightened them abit with long nose pilers and it came off. You will need to pop the speedo out. Just loosen the 2 screws abit from the glove boxes. Ideally disconnect the battery to avoid any shorts. I'd also undo the speedo cable. The glass and bezel will come off forwards if that makes sense.

Re: Speedometer glass removal
Here's how to remove it. Use a Phillips screwdriver through the holes in each glovebox.
