I'm pretty certain you can just turn up on the day and pay the £15 or so for your minor to enter. If you wish to camp and/or go to the evening do then you probably will need to book in advance.

I am desolate! My missus and I have a trip planned to UK but we could not get the dates to work with that weekend. We will be in Norfolk the weekend prior but at the time of the rally we'll be on a minibus in the Orkneys. Bu99er!

I am travelling from Mayo Ireland if anyone wants to travel from Ireland and is on my route to dublin I can pick up

I'm just filling out the entry form.
We're staying over in our campervan, do we pay 'Rally entry fee' on top of camping fee? If so, does the £12 cover all 3 days?

You need to pay the rally entry fee on top of the camping fee but this will cover you for all 3 days.
