Van petrol tank

Postby DCMVan70 » Sat Jan 01, 2022 5:47 pm

Hi

I just replaced my petrol tank. The old one was OK, just had a pin hole in the filler neck which I sealed with epoxy. This worked well - no leaks. There is some corrosion around the seam, but was not leaking. It appears to be quite a small capacity - not sure what was normal, but I never got more than 6 gallons in there.

If anyone would like the old one - you can have it for free (collection in Somerset) or I will post for cost?

Regards
David
