HI
I suppose the answers YES. But I have only seen one S/H and that was £500?
They used to be quite common and "Shorrock" made several types. They are relatively easy to fit. The main problem on the Minor was the oil supply to the Charger bearings.
It has become unpopular now I think because of the Insurance Charges in fact proberly No Insurance Co. would entertain one!
Ok for a quick upgrade as they like "Standard" settings. Have a look in "Hot Rod" Mag.......Ivor........
Look at >www.shorrocksuperchargers.com< and

Have a look in the MMOC mag. There's an article about a supercharged Morris in there...
Happy Minoring!

I did run a supercharger on a Ford 105E van that I used to tow my Racing Mini on, back in the 70s and it gave a lot more bottom to middle power ,but was thirsty and noisy , so I didn't keep it for more than a few months. I wasn't really impressed and feel that a a straighforward bigger engine i.e 1275 would be better, and cheaper , as superchargers seem to fetch a lot of mone without fitting kit etc..
