I've now seen two traffy blue travellers, one dove grey and one white saloon in Flockton (nr Wakefield).

All different drivers...what is going on?!
Owner of Martha and Nancy - both ex-gov disabled blue MMs and Bee, a 1960 4 door in smoke grey.

Keef, I have a gadget that bolts to the rockerbox and is designed to give a smoother throttle cable route. My dad fitted it to his mg1100, I also have a couple of new oil seals possibly for the 1100 range and maybe a wheel bearing, if they're of any interest to you they're yours, if so pm your whereabouts and I'll drop them off, I'm only in bexley and visit dartford quite a bit.

was driving mavis (smake grey ragtop) again today, looked in my rear view mirror to see an OEW rag top with a red hood! 1969 chop top as it turns out.
Immaculate!
I pulled in to a pub car park car park, and the lady in the OEW stopped too, and we chatted for a good while :)
Love meeting other owners!

I have the good fortune to live just a few yards away from Richard Plant of Minor Parts of Oxford. Since Richard, his wife and now his daughter all drive Minors and customers are always coming and going, the village is full of the cheerful burble of Minor exhausts. And now he has found one for me![frame]Image[/frame]

Going to the National on the Friday evening, saw a Minor saloon on the hardshoulder with bonnet up. I was in my Minor van heavily loaded with trailer and had just edged in front of a lorry, I'd been overtaking for a little while so it wasn't really feasable to stop (I'd have been about 3/4mile down the road by the time I finished overtaking!). Hope he got there ok! Reg letters were PVC I think...
Two more Minors on the hard shoulder coming back on Sunday and I did manage to stop, though they didn't need help. I won't mention names on here to avoid embarassment!
cheers
Iain

Hands up it was us! Daisy 2dr decided to overheat 4 miles from home! (think she thought we wanted water for a coffee  ) We let her cool. topped up the rad and she purred home! She's used almost daily so never gets to do more than 30 miles in a trip, with hardly any motorway. She stopped after 29.9 miles. No splits in pipework - investigation in hand
