Les, don't believe what the BBC and the Guardian tell you. Arctic ice made a huge recovery this year and Antarctic sea ice is at a record high. There were plenty of reports in the past of the Arctic going through natural periods of low ice cover, such as we have now. What we are seeing is natural variability not anything man- made.

It is a huge con, look at the billions invested in so called "renewable" energy!

Trouble with this topic as with many others, we have our view point and try to defend it but It seems we all get our views from various professional bodys and headlines rather than our own research, and go with the one that perhaps suits our interests.
Lets stick to Minors, there's a chance we may know more about them! :D

I'm pretty sure Chickjohn is just being a troll....
No one actually believes anymore that the excess pollution from humans ISNT causing global warming.
Also regarding the 2/3 ice under water "LOGIC", When water freezes it takes up less than 10% extra area compared to the liquid state, thusly the 1/3 of ice melting turning into water has a significantly bigger impact on sea levels.
