Wheel bearing help

A bit of advice please...my front wheel bearing is on its way out...it's a 1952 cheese grater...but may at some point have had the running gear switched...now my question is....are bearings standard or do they differ from model to model..thanks in advance....

just be careful of repro bearings

Are the bearings in the brake drum - or in a separate hub?
