Traveller Rear Wing

Post by MajorL »

I need to replace a rear wing on my Traveller. Any recommendations as to whom I should buy a steel wing from
would be most welcome. Andy.

Are you going for the Heritage rears?

Most of the well known suppliers offer the same wings as the others, usually "Heritage" or "Pattern"; so you will end up with them same product wherever you buy. None of the wings available now are perfect, but Heritage are less imperfect than others; and so receive my recommendation. As to the actual supplier, just look at the normal parts suppliers who advertise in Minor Matters.

Well the heritage wings don't come with holes pre drilled. As for where to buy I know that we have some on the shelf, I work at DSN :D , but obviously I would say that

As far as I know it's Heritage or nothing (unless you buy a glassfibre one). I don't think there is a pattern alternative is there?
You'll just have to 'phone around to get the best deal or buy locally to save on postage I think.
