Anything interesting happening in Norfolk mid-August to mid-September?

Post by BrianHawley »

I'm home on leave in the UK from mid-August for four weeks. My only UK visit this year.

Hope to give Jodie some excercise and perhaps meet some other mog enthusiasts.

Anything interesting going on in the general Norfolk area?

Sounds right up my street.

Went to something similar at Bressingham a few years ago and had a blast.

Unfortunately I'll miss it by about a day.

Brian
North Norfolk Classic Car club have their annual rally at Beeston near Sheringham on Sunday 27th , and previous Sunday there is a big car rally with a good autojumble at Stonham Barns in Suffolk to which the Iceni branch usually go. You will probably have to book now to get in as there were over 500 cars last year.
Not sure what is on on the 13th but bound to be something.

Thanks guys.

It looks as if Norfolk is a regular hotbed of automotive activity in the summer.

Hope to see some of you there.

i've only just 'discovered' Norfolk..as my son-in-law's family have a place in Hunstanton, and it's nice to be able to spend some time with them and toddler Grandson on the weekend's they go out there.last weekend (glorious weather of course),there was a load of WW2 re-enactment types on The Green, with a display.a fair few classics about as well 8) didn't spot any Minor's though..sadly.
