Informal classic vehicle gatherings
Whilst i attend some of the larger more formal events, the ones i enjoy most are the informal gatherings, at a pub or other location, whether organised, or just somewhere liked minded enthusiasts turn up on a regular basis. I'd be interested to hear of any that others recommend, and thought it might be useful to start a thread where these could be listed?

The Cottage Pub at Fillongley starts next Tuesday from 6pm and is on every 3rd Tuesday of the month.
It is a lovely meet with mixed classic cars with pub grub available.

I agree, the local events are more fun with a wider variety of cars to drool over

For several years now I have been to the NEC classic car show but I must admit, I do prefer the outdoor shows where you can walk around the cars properly and not be crowded out.
