Front Doors

Hi All.
Wonder if anyone can advise me about drivers and passenger doors on a Morris 1000 traveller, are they the same as
the drivers and passenger doors on a two door Morris 1000, and the drivers and passenger doors on a four door Morris 1000,
And if not how can i tell the differance?

The doors of a two door saloon, traveller and convertible are all the same. The front doors of a four door are different but are the same as on vans and pickups.

The four door/van/pickup type are several inches shorter.
