TBJ POLICE CAR

Does anyone know which police force this car TBJ came from or went to please.

TBJ (with F suffix year letter??) East Suffolk (Ipswich Borough Council). Probably registered between March and June 1968.

Nice period image.
Sadly there is no record of TBJ 90F on the DVLA's database, so unless it's 'resting' somewhere............
Would have been nice to get them together in the same spot for a comparison picture of the site today.
Of course if you are putting her back into police livery then another surviving panda would do for the shot (perhaps with a made up '90F' plate for the picture?).....

20+ years ago I was given a photo of a line up of new TBJ Panda cars outside what I remember as being Felixstowe Police Station.

Only half white by the looks of it: has the car still got the NMP plate on the n’a engine bay tie plate?

No Idea as the engine Is sitting at the back of my shed with the gearbox

Hi,
The NMP plate is in the engine bay, on the floor near the front on the passenger side, not on the engine, as per image below.

I know but I had no proof or could not find any 100% that It had a white roof and the guys painting It needed what colour so I had to make a choice.

I'm pretty sure mine Is not there and don't even remember seeing It before It went off nearly 2 yrs ago as all the tie plates had to be replaced as did more In the bay as all rotten
