Under the blackberry brambles in the yard of a garage at Senner near Lands End lies a 2 door Trafalgar Blue and Rust 1098 saloon.

Sennen. Or maybe Zennor? But Sennen is nearer Land's End than Zennor.

It's Sennen I think, I've been past a few times and always thought about stopping by. You can hardly see it from the road now

My phone camera settings are too large for the site as well. When the site is behaving itself (unlike the times when it won't accept any images) it has a limit of around 1Mb or so per image.
Depending on phone operating system, there will be an ability to make images smaller. On my phone it's the Edit Pen symbol, then the 3 Dots when you're on the edit screen, that bring up the resize option.
Just make the image smaller and you should be fine. The 60% option is probably small enough. In the screenshot example I've put here, that reduced the original from 2.5Mb to 980Kb.

Well spotted 8) . Poor old car looked a bit neglected even then and probably a bit worse now!
