Do it in a separate photo-editing program like Paint Shop Pro or Graphic Converter and upload it again. Also put the picture on a separate line to the text.

I too am pretty baffeled, I have changed my sig picture and yet the old one still can be seen. I have refreshed and deleted my cookies but to no avail. How odd.
edit. ha ha done it but pic is too big doh... :(

Thanks alex, i have now got it sussed with your input. My tip from a non cumputer understanderer, right mouse on the pictue in the online album,( the thumbnail, not the main picture) go to properties and cut and paste the URL address in between the [img]and[/img] in your signature section on the profile.
this may not be the most efficient way of doing it but worked for me
