Spark plug caps

Post by dalgrae »

What I thought would be an easy task has proved not to be I have been after a new set of spark plug caps I tried my local car accessory shop no joy 2 more accessory shops one even asking what the example was I had it being an NGK 90 degreee cap, Halfords just the same they only sell complete lead sets they asked what car it was for but as I was only after the plug caps I decided not to pursue this any further. It seems that all these car shops now only sell complete lead sets ,anyone else found this

No four cylinder lawn mowers :)
You should be able to get straight and 90 deg plug caps as well as well as a single length of copper core HT lead so that you can cut off the lengths that you need and have some left over for repairs

We used to have numerous bike shops near to us but all have now closed other than Fowlers which is in the centre of Bristol so at least the local shop will order for me even tries them orris Minor centre Bristol but as others only sell complete lead sets
