Traveller door handle lock fault

My Traveller rear door handle will not lock on the key today and its the 2nd handle that has failed,the key turns but nothing happens.
I wonder if there is a fix for this or is it another replacement handle please?

It sounds like time for a new handle, but I would remove the existing handle and then disassemble it to see what has happened. The lock barrel can be removed and then you'll know whether it's the barrel or the handle casting that has failed.

I will remove and strip it down as I wasn't sure if this could be done,many thanks for info
