Interior Door Handle and Window Winder Screws

I seem to have misplaced two of these screws
Am I correct in thinking they are an OBA thread? I tried a 3/16 UNF but it only went in about 1/4".

They won't be UNF for sure. Everything relating to bodywork on a Minor is BSF
