fitting wing to new timber

Hi All
I need help with fitting my wing to new timber as the old wings don't fit and ESM told me that the new frame is perfect ,the old frame that the wings came out of they fitted perfectly .Help please as I'm getting very stressed

Is that on a traveller?

Are you using the original nut inserts and 1/4"BSF bolts and washers to fit the wing or modern self tap rubber cup screws?

Have you fitted the extruded plastic trim first?
