minor chassis number

have just purchase early 1962 minor 4 door , was in storage 40 years the owner had lost the v5 log book it still shows on d.v.l.a site. in the process of applying for a new v5 i have the relevant form , have found the vin plate which reads M/AS3D98240 . do i put it all down on the form , just checking before i send it up with £25.00 paul

I would say yes.
1969 Traveller in Almond green. Owned since 1979.

I'd say have another read of your chassis number. I think you have one digit missing. 98240 is much too low :wink:

missed a 6 before the 8 does that seem correct now paul

Seems about right, MAS5 991*** is October 1962
