Improved rear lights

It has been recommended before so I got myself a set of LED side lights, rear/brake lights, number plate lights and indicators from Classic Car LEDs,. It has concerned me for a while that the Traveller's brake lights are quite dim and low down as compared to modern cars. The LEDs are magnificent and use less power than the standard ones. As a better reminder to the folk following me (too closely) I fitted extra lights to the rear windows too. They can't say they did not see me now.

Very good. I don't have a Traveller (and I agree the Traveller rear lights are small by modern standards) but I still thought my rear lights were rather dim. I do drive at night on country roads and as I don't drive particularly fast (who does in a standard Morris 1000 on hilly country roads at night) I wanted the lights to be a bit brighter. That looks great
I used a different approach and fitted LED units into the reflector holders, it meant drilling the pillars for the mounting stud and wiring though. That along with new conventional stop/tail bulbs, with the holders painted with a chrome spray, made quite a difference.

I could not agree more with the LED lights like you I have also retro fitted all lamps with LED from Classic Car LED apart from the headlights which a perfect for night driving, the reduction in strain on the wiring and alternator is very noticeable as well as the increased visibility a most worth while replacement and so easily returned to standard if needed.
