Re: Another £7,000 Traveller On Ebay Worth Only Half.
This traveller was on the 'Car & Classic' site for sale at about £7,950 a few months back.
It obviously never sold at that price & he/she is now reduced to trying e-bay.

Re: Cornbury Park - Catering Vans or the lack of!
First of all, a very big thank you to all the organisers and volunteers. It is a very difficult job to do. I was in paradise surrounded by so many Morris models. Exhibits were great, running commentary on the ring not an easy task but well done & traders were very helpful. Yes, there are critici...

Re: WHEELER DEALERS
Just watched the show on catch-up. Just The one (new owner) is spot on. He's not a purist & wants a car that is fun but can be used every day. When he said it was a present for his father, I did try dropping heavy hints to my wife & kids, but to no avail. The show is basically a restoration ...

Re: HOW SAFE ARE WE?
Agreed that modern cars are safer, but does that lull you into a false sense of security. I am often 'cut up' by drivers pulling in front of me (then usually braking) where I have left a decent braking distance. If I then plough into them, I would get the blame. See the Classic Car weekly article - you're right about the MGB, it was two cars in one programme.
There is also a note about it on

I remember he played it on Top Gear once.
If I remember correctly, he had a 1958 Minor - given to him in Manchester

Apologies Louise! I should have realised before I posted this that the eagle-eyed forum would have beaten me to it.

Minor Jaguar
You may have seen the picture of this Jaguar XK150/Minor Traveller. It shows how much more practical Jaguar owners find the Minor!
