Re: anyone know what MACKIE is?
thanks for the replies guys i think it unlikely it is american considering the fragility of it. i looked into mackie dj equipment, and they started in 1984, but i cant see the style of the sign really fitting with their business style.? as for the age, it may be 80s or 90s, but it just doesnt have t...

what are the best 165 tyres to use? i know that on standard rims you use a profile of 80, but i can't find 165/80r14 tyres- i am considering getting a set of the esm wheels as a present to myself (and the car), but want to be sure of what tyres i can actually get.

Re: Spotted today.
today was an unusually good day for morris minors in the Southsea area. saw a late 4 door saloon in OEW near the Kings theatre in Albert road, quite tidy and a nice everyday car. had union jack badges screwed onto the wings for some reason? then i saw a OEW g reg traveller. good wood, wheels painted...

kfo 672 belongs to some local boys carlo, i went to school with one of them. i think it gets shared amongst siblings, as he's now at university, so his older brother is keeping it alive (just). don't know if you noticed the nail in place of the pin on the boot hinge lol

Re: is the guy mad or am i just out of touch?
cheers chaps, i knew i was right (ish) i said to my mate when we saw it in the dark, that if it was under £1500 i would consider it. the chap had evidently had all the work done on the underside, and was looking to sell it on for a handsome profit, as he had owned it for "not very long". w...

is the guy mad or am i just out of touch?
