Re: Clip on door mirrors

Russ, I can't remember where I bought mine from but several sellers on ebay list them "Lucas style wing mirrors" etc. and I think quite a few Morris Minor specialists also stock them. Make sure you order convex glass though. Very easy to fit: You simply undo the 2 self tapping screws holding that t...

Re: Clip on door mirrors

Many thanks to all I am looking at drilling them and I am not keen on fitting wing mirrors to my pick up unless I have too. I have a set of Winguard heads and PO arms but will try these first

Will post some pics a good few weeks off as you can see

There’s no joining piece with the plastic filler strip, so be sure the ends butt together tightly.
thank you Les

I use plastic coated washing line to fit them. It's smooth and does not snag like cord can do.

Front screens usually go in OK, but the filler strip is another matter.
I have an insertion foer the fillet

But is there a joining piece that covers the 2 ends?

Re: Installing a windscreen

Apply to the rubber or the metal aperture before inserting the seal and glass or in the seal that hols the glass...
