they are look on esm spares I got one a few moths back from there great as well. I also have noticed the same thing ,cheaper new but thats how some people buy stuff.

The gauge is an electronic smith temp gauge

when I put the connection from the sender to earth the gauge goes to hot and then when disconnected goes back down hope this helps

temperature gauge

Hello, I am fitting a temperature gauge to my car. I have connected it as the wiring diagram shows in the technical tips. This is the second gauge I have tried and doesn't seem to be reading any thing on the gauge. I put multi metre on and that shows 10 volts at the sender in the engine and 10 volts...

dampers nice and tight. bushes seem ok and trunnions are fine. Its only on the drivers side and has been there for years but its doing my head in now and would like to know what it is. Could it be anything to do with the tie bar bushes?

noise when breaking

Hello, I have noise coming from the front drivers side break. Its a kind or a rattle/clunking noise and only happens under hard breaking. It happens when your breaking but not too hard. I am unsure what it could be I have changed to drums and that made no difference. Any help would be appreciated.

I use 1.5mm steel I think its quite thick but is good steel to use. I would advise a bit thinner for body work but obviously needs to be strong enough. I payed £23 for a 8' x 4' sheet 1.5 mm thick

flywheel for gearbox

hello, I am going to be swapping my 948cc box to 1098cc. I have got a 1098 clutch and release bearing. I also have the 1098 back plate all I am missing is the flywheel. could anybody tell me the difference between the 948 flywheel and the 1098 flywheel. This would be very helpful
