Hanging on in there Lee ! - in remission from cancer- doing well now and working my way through the fleet ! - not sure where the time goes nowadays - Both my sons now into the VW vans, but James has fond memories of the Moggy we got from you - ( the dates wrong on the pic !)

On the subject of parts quality, has anyone fitted any LPR Brakes wheel cylinders ? the box says there made in Italy - so definitely not Chinese ?

Also are Borg and Beck brakes parts now classed as not fit for purpose ? !

Many thanks for the reply Kevin I've obtained the metal plates from my local metal works (BlackBull in Bridgwater Somerset - very helpful ) and have opened the the disc centres (Had to use a friends Lathe as my little Portass Dreadnought isn't big enough !) I like to think that I can achieve decent results with celly - to add to the above (and I fully agree with redmog) I use anti bloom thinners which seems to have a slower flash off time - Ive got a half decent compressor - 100 litre tank and 3 hp (cant remember the cfm rating ) and use a sealey 701g ...
