Hi. I had a rattle from under my drivers side and drove me mad for weeks. Sounded like an exhaust rattle. I even had the door card of thinking it was coming from inside the door. Ended up it was the torsion bar bushes . Changed them drives like new car

Rear boot lid repair

Hi. Has anyone any experience of the bottom boot lid repair kit you can buy. Looks like you cut approximately 5” off the bottom of the boot lid weld new kit on then paint ,, anybody tried it

Hi. As you said bad earth connection on inner wing. There is an inline fuse at the regulator. There’s a 35 amp fuse in it , surely this can’t be right ?? Thanks for the help

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I haven’t checked these connections. So ones on the back of the metal cone and ones on to the inner wing. There is an inline fuse at the regulator I’ll check that.

Hi. Problem started with offside front headlamp working perfect but the near side shining very poorly. Took it to be a bad connection. Removed light cleaned all connections and the lamp was as bright as the offside. Put it back together and the light went back to being very poor but to add to the pr...

Lights

Hi. My front near side headlight was very poorly lit so I stripped it cleaned all the terminals and it started working fine. Now my side lights have stopped working and the head light is back to a poor light. Any help gratefully received

Faded paint

Hi.
Unfortunately my Moggy had to spend a few months outside under a so called ‘’ waterproof cover “. I’ve now got it back inside but I’ve got patches of faded paint on the roof. Car is light blue . Any tips on how to go about getting best result

Removing trims on bonnet

Hi
I’m looking to remove the side trims and Morris minor signs on side of the bonnet so I can cut and polish. Any hints how to remove clips on inside without damaging anything
