Re: Oil pressure gauge

Out of interest where can you buy the correct connector union from with the right threads on...

Re: Oil pressure gauge
Many thanks for the info Phil, much appreciated. Out of interest why does doing a couple of loops near to the take off adapter stop any vibration? Is that vibration coming from the engine or as the car moves or both? I guess maybe as its not a straight line it cant vibrate easily along the pipe? Man...

Hi all, was given the enclose contents ( on photo) to me a few years ago from a gentleman i know who was clearing out his garage. I believe it has come from an MG although maybe wrong. Re: Compression test
Thanks Tom, yes was very pleased that all the results were all pretty consistent with each other, the spark plugs were very black and sooty, probably because they have probably done no mileage but what mileage they have done has been on full choke as the van has been started but has hardly left my d...

Re: Compression test
Many thanks Don, I had wondered that given it was a van whether it was a low compression engine, the original diff has been replaced with a traveller / saloon diff, so I was wondering if the engine was original? The engine number plate when I bought the van was no longer on the engine so I have no w...

Re: Compression test
