hi to Stevey
Thanks for that. My problem is the series 2 hinge has been over bored so it may be difficult to re pin it. Thats why I want to use the hinge from a later car. I don't think there will be a problem unless anyone knows different. Many thanks to one and all

Re: door hinges
Thanks for the replies, just to clarify the hinges I was comparing one comes from a 1954 series 2 and the other from a much later traveller.
They are similar but not identical. I will be using the later hinge as it hasn't been (butchered) by a previous owner

SRV 290K is out and about. You can't miss it as there can't be many OEW travellers sporting "L" plates. If you see us give us a wave.

traveller rear seats
Hello one and all,
Does anyone know where I can obtain the rear seat hinges, Bolts that secure the squab upright and the relevant brackets that fit to the waist rail. (a previous owner has made a right dogs dinner of them).
Thanks
Billp

traveller rear seats
Hello all,
I am looking for info on how the rear seat back on a traveller is built up. The plywood on mine has been damaged in the past and also I am not convinced it even has the correct hinges.
Any help esp. pictures would be much appreciated
thanks
Bill
