I had to do this earlier in the year to get my classic Ford taxed as historic... I sent an email to taxfree@ford.com and they replied asking for some details etc.. Then they sent me a headed letter to send to the DVLA to prove the car was built in Dec 74. It went through fine so now I don't have to ...

Yeah it looked good... I'am sure it was a series one Landy he used ....
The Moggy was really bad as it was sat in a field for years before, so it was about the only way of using it again lol ...

I had a mate put a split screen Moggy on a series one Land Rover chassis in the early 90's ... Don't have a photo unluckly

Did you buy the engine from a dealer?? Was the receipt on headed paper? All I can say is I've had a request twice to provide proof. I didn't have receipts and I was also changing cc to larger and also installing a diesel engine so maybe that was the problem?? It was on headed paper.. I bought it fr...

To change engine CC on the V5 you don't need an engineers report.. A recipt from who you bought the engine from will do

Just wondering if a 1961 USA car is the as here in the UK......? I want a roll cage for my Moggy but have been waiting for one for 5 weeks from custom cages with no luck.. I have found them listed on an American website for a 1961 Morris Minor so I'am wondering if it will fit ???? A link to the Cage...
