are you filling the rad to the top if so there is no expansion space for the coolant so it pushes the rad cap open , the level cold on my car sits about 2'' below the bottom of the filler neck

i think you have a serious problem as the the bulkhead , inner wing and door pillar are all pushed back and by quite a lot looking at the crease in the bulkhead above the shock , i also see the chassis rail by the steering rack appears to be badly bent and torn away from the shock mounting cross mem...

watching the avengers by any chance :D i saw it and ran the reg through dvla. registered 07/63 and un taxed since 01/07/85 so i guess it's long gone

the tyre has a mark on it's side wall as it clearly hits the dust seal and the seal is worn away , if the tyre was this close on the last mot it should have been a fail due to the tyre fouling a suspension component , what size are your tyres and are they std rims

another case of workshop gremlin :o who pops out when you pack up for the day and hides odd things or swaps your carefully laid out parts around , every garage or workshop has one !!!

personally i can't fault the 8'' std morris set up which i fitted to my 55 S2 , i used new quality cylinders and an old stock set of unipart shoes , i have not even needed to re adjust any of the brakes in nearly 3000 miles and the 1st emergency stop i had to make from 40 mph supprised me in just ho...
