Just a query. Is there any difference in using a two piece manifold for an 803cc and a one piece for a 948cc/1098cc on a 948cc engine. I know that statement may be self explanatory. But just asking.

Well I bought the 9 tooth. As for the -10 degrees. No not a lot of that around here. Our mid winter days can be around 25C. And we do get the odd -2 late July.

Yes they seem to be the same size that was on the morris 8 E series. I have many of those.

The diff housing and axles will be done by a company that specialises in doing this. The axles will be shortened and new splines cut.
