Re: Flashing indicators not working.
Hi,
Thanks Beero, I will keep a copy of this should I take on the task of connecting the hazards. At the moment I am still so relieved I at least got the flashing indicators going.
Thank Mike

Thanks again.

Hi, We'll have just come in after trying to find a way to get the indicators working. And guess what I now have flashing indicators, no hazards but what the heck. In the end I could not find a live ignition on green, instead ran a new wire from the fuse, to new flasher unit. Many thanks again to all...

I have run a live feed from the fuse as shown in pink, with the wires as shown connected i get the f...

Hi beero and mike,
Thanks for reply, the car is 4 door 1957 with upgraded combined Amber and red light rear and white Amber front. It has semphore indicators which are working ok on a separate switch. I will be at it again today so will send picture of the hazard switch. Thanks again mike.

I connected the wires where I thought they had come from, but after three days and several blown fuses I have not b...

Brake shoes
Hi, I have just replaced the brakes shoes on the front of my 1957 Morris. I have done this some years ago but I am not sure if I have done it correctly. Have printed off the Tech Advice on doing brakes and followed it. However The nearside drum is very stiff even though I have released the adjuster....

Re: Want to be a TV Star this Friday
Had my 1 nano second of fame with the Morris on Blue Peter and got the badge. But oh the time it took to film going down to Brighton. However my children at the time enjoyed it, and still talk about it today. But I will set the recorder anyway. Best of luck to anyone that does go.

Brake Spings
I am going to renew brake shoes all around, having read the Technical Advice notes about Brake Adjustments, they mention Anti Chatter Springs on the rear brakes. I have never had these springs on the rear brake, and have had no problems. Should I get some of the Anti Chatter Springs when renewing th...

Mini 11 bladed cooling fan
I am told that these fans are used by the people that use MM for rally/racing. They are sold by Mini spares and are made of plastic, and that they reduce noise. Has anyone any knowledge of using these cooling fans.
