I am 49 & own a 1968 smoke grey 2 door minor. Nelly was first registered 4 days after I was born.

Was out walking the dog on the usual route past the trailered brown van and 100 yds along the lane was a peat brown moggy 1000 looking a little worse for wear in a mechanics car park. Hopefully a restoration project. It was a 1966 D reg.

Always see a lovely looking brown moggy van on a trailer on a driveway in Horndean nr Portsmouth. It looks pretty tidy but has been on their trailer for a while. I see it when I'm out with the dog. Was hopping to bump into the owner but as of yet no luck.
Is it anyone on here?

Well since a friends father had great pleasure in telling me they were wrong & not a lot else when I showed him the car.
Wish I'd wrote stainless steel as I new I'd spelled chrome wrong

I have a 1968 smoke grey Morris minor 1000, 2 door. Now my door tops are the same colour as the car & I was told they should be crome. Whilst watching open all hours the other evening I noticed that nurse Gladys Emmanuel's white moggy had colour matching door tops. Which is correct?

Spotted a beautiful J reg cream traveller this morning whilst out walking my dog.
Looked & sounded great. I live in Horndean near Portsmouth but have never seen this lovelly car before.
Hope to see it again as it drove right past my house.
