GEARBOX Urgent reply please
Sierra Type 9 5 speed box is grating in 2nd gear. It doesn't jump out of 2nd, so I suspect it is synchro. Would I be right in thinking that it is the synchro that has gone? What would be the rough cost of repair, and any recommendations where I could get it done? I would dearly appreciate quick resp...

UPGRADE CAMSHAFT
I have a 1275 Marina engine fully reconditioned, and wish to up the horsepower. I am told a different camshaft would achieve this but that it would also tick over lumpy. Is there anything I can do to gain more horsepower without my car ticking over like a building site dump-truck? I would sooner lea...

Re: A + ENGINE
THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY, WHICH I APPRECIATE VERY MUCH. However, whilst I am aware of the extra work involved, I would like to put an A+ engine into it as I have been told they are a lot stronger. STARTER DOG ON AN A+ MARINA 1300 ENGINE
I am in the process of having a MARINA 1300 a+ engine fully reconditioned and I was wondering if it is possible to fit a starting handle dog to the front of the crank as was there when it had a 948cc engine? I did not want to have a front bumper with a hole in with no purpose. If this alteration can...
