Washer problem

Can’t seem to find the problem with this simple issue, the water washers on my Morris Van won’t work. I replaced the dash washer push but it still won’t draw water up from the bottle, the pipe is clear as I got a mouth full on sucking, am I doing something daft? Thanks for any advice.

Re: Front Van bumper blade

Now I’m having second thoughts, do other van owners think it is a good upgrade or should I keep it as original as I can.

Front Van bumper blade

I fancy changing the front bumper blade on my Van to a Chrome one, looked at Charles Ware who have front bumper blades but they look longer than the one on the van, is there anyone who does the chrome blade for a van, many thanks.

Insurance confusion

I have a 1969 Austin badged Morris 1000 van, when I got some insurance quotes but none of the people I spoke to for a quote could find on their computers Austin 1000 van but could quote on a Morris 1000 van, would I be in the wrong to insure the van then as a Morris Minor van?

Underseal Removal

I'm trying to get the black underseal off the underside of the wings as it is patchy and flaked in places, I have tried petrol, gunk and white spirit's all with limited success, is there any solution to get the stuff off easier, many thanks in anticipation. Stephen.

Re: GPO Van Decals

Hi all I can remember is it was advertised on either Classic Cars for sale or Car & Classic websites, it was being sold by the son of the chap who had spent some years to restore and he had it finished off by his friends, hope this helps. Regards Stephen.

THE GREAT TRAIN ROBBERY

Today marks the 50 years since the great train robbery. If you get to see a Sun newspaper today there is a picture of the front end of a Morris Minor at the scene, was there ever a Morris Minor used in the robbery which I can't imagine there would have been not exactly a great getaway motor :D , or ...

Re: Some mark up

Crying in my tea, I wonder if the buyer will ever realise he paid nearly double what the dealer paid. Me jealous ~ yep but I wanted the car for the car, I'm sure there is another out there?

While my quest for a Traveller continues I came across this lovely car from the Minor Magazine, smashing guy who owned it, unfortunately I rang the day another Guy was coming round to view the car, had I been quicker I would have bagged myself a beautiful car but it was not to be as the local Guy pa...
