try to avoid lacquer the trouble is with celly the paint will fade even under lacquer and you won't be able to get at it to re-plenish it when it does fade. as everyone has said put plenty of layers on and then wet sand and buff up to a high shine. and then once a month poilsh it and it should last ...

i know his welding puts alot of us to shame hey :oops:

but i've seen his set up and trust me surrouindings make a lot of diference no wind nice and warm

i noticed the dif between welding in the summer and winter

i'm really jealous of his workshop it's well kool i want one when i move home :lol:

the pin which joins the clutch and brake pedal may be stiff slightly siezed and thats why it may be doing it slitghly if you catch my drift. so as you put the clutch down its slightly moving the brake pedal as well they are known for seized pins. plenty of plus gas then spray grease on the pin that ...

i use a gunson's pressure bleed too and thats mainly because its easier if you're on your own. if my missus is about i'll use the normal way as Ian said all you have to do is get an old filler cap and butcher it a bit but shutting off the breather hole and drilling a hole in the top for the pipe it ...

which now bolt straight in with not alteration and even have the backs to match :wink:

well i had a meeting with the planning today the outcome was that the letter they had sent me was the first of 3 stages and if i comply to what they said that will be the end of it unless they get another complaint and they will have to re-open the case and automatically issue me with stage 2 so now...
