More seriously, I firmed mine up by sticking a load of extra wadding into them. It makes them much more comfy. If money is no object then Newton commercial do superb replacement seats.

Mog Gearboxs arent that heavy, I have lifted them around before (not into or out of cars though) and I'm built like the bloke in the Mr Muscle adverts
