Many thanks, Went to these guys in Croxley industrial estate Minor 'friendly' as Dave owns one ;-) recommended by Kevin from Herts area (thank you) THM Motorsport at Croxley Buisness Park 4 Faraday Close, WD18 8SA 01923 237444 passed no issues as I expected, will be back later in the year to re-tune...

Can anyone recommend a Garage in Watford / Rickmansworth area, principally for my MOT I dont trust that a lot of 'modern' garages even know what they are looking at on an older car (they cant find the dip switch most of the time) I've not lived in the area that long and its time for MOT no reason to...

On any car 30+ years old I would not even bother to look at the millage on the clock ... no matter what 'supporting paperwork' exists. the clock, the engine and any number of major parts are likely to have been changed or fiddled with a number of times. at the end of the day you have to see the car ...

Sorry for post in general discussion, but if i posted in 'areas' forum it would probably get missed Do the London Moggie crew still meet at Putney Heath first Wednesday of each month? I living between Putney and Wandsworth now, so planning to pop along and meet the chaps and chapesses this Wednesday...

neat little on/off/timer relay perfect for screens,

single button press on, press off, or timer will turn off in 10 minutes if you forget

prevent you forgetting and leaving them on

agree with others if the fan started and then ran for a short while I would suggest that it has a more serious fault. Probably something like brushes are a mess causing a sudden short and so popping the fuse. Time for a new fan I would guess as probably not user serviceable ;-( it is never a good so...
